Writers may choose to stay four days to three weeks. Each resident has a private room, which acts as their studio, and share a bath in this unique house that was adapted by Architect Joseph L. Levert.

In addition to the studios there is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room that looks into the living room, a study with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, plus front and back porches.

Two Double Studios share one bathroom–full-sized beds, desks with chairs, closets, chest of drawers, reading chair, mirrors, clocks, night stand, reading lamps, ceiling fan and overhead lights

One Single Studio share bathroom–single day bed, full-size table, closet, mirror, clock, night stand, chaise lounge, reading light, ceiling fan and overhead light

Double and Single Room await you and old or new friends. Please email for more information on how it works, costs and an application.

A week equals 4 or more days. Fee is due upon acceptance. Fee includes room and board. Meals are based on “clean eating” (whole foods that are minimally processed) with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and a variety of proteins. Each resident has access to a fully equipped kitchen and can be taken grocery shopping. Residents are encouraged to pool food, prepare meals together and dine together in the dining room or outside on the back porch or in the back yard. Please tell us in advance of food allergies.
